Simka on Empire Avenue

Simka Consulting is on Empire Avenue (@SIMKA).

Last month's share price was 65.00e. So, i have setup a target that by the 25th of December 2012, i wanted the share price to be over 100e.

Today, the 30th of December, i am proud to say that the goal has been achieved. Share price today: 103.61e.

How was that possible?

1. Make sure you connect with your Empire Avenue account as many social networks as possible.

2. Be very active on different social networks, including Twitter (at least 10 posts a day).

3. Complete different mission to raise your bank balance. Assure you like the mission you complete and you add a comment. That will increase your dividend price.

4. Encourage people to invest in you by creating missions, and offer them free e to make the process easier.

5. Make good investments in people also.

That's it!

Have a lovely Sunday and a Happy New Year.

Meditation Techniques

To keep a balance in our life, we need to meditate.

There are different ways of meditation including: guided meditation, mantra meditation, mindfulness meditation, qi gong, tai chi, transcendental mediation, yoga etc.

Regardless of the way we chose to meditate it is important that we do so. It is important that we do not forget that from time to time we need to switch off and relax our mind, body and soul.

The way i like to meditate is through Yoga.

Moroccanoil

Once i went to the hairdresser in USA. After she finished doing my hair, she applied at the end the Maroccanoil treatment.

I asked her what is it? And she was shocked that i did not hear or used (especially for my long hair) the Marrocanoil treatment.

To be honest my hair felt so much better and healthier.

It is hard to find it in Malta but every time i go abroad it's like my goal to find it and buy it.

About the Maroccanoil treatment:

Moroccanoil® Treatment’s versatile, nourishing and residue-free formula can be used as a conditioning, styling and finishing tool. It blends perfectly with other products and even speeds up drying time. This treatment for hair completely transforms and repairs as its formula transports lost proteins for strength; fatty acids, omega-3 oils and vitamins for shine; and antioxidants for protection. It absorbs instantly to fill gaps in hair created by heat, styling and environmental damage.

Crème de la Mer

My favorite face cream is Ultrarich Cream.

About Crème de la Mer:

Born from the sea, the legendary Crème de la Mer has the power to transform the skin. In a short time, firmness improves, lines, wrinkles and the look of pores become less visible, skin looks virtually ageless. Even the driest complexions are renewed and rejuvenated. With the nutrient-rich Miracle Broth™, the heart of La Mer's profound powers of transformation, skin is immersed in moisture, sensitivities soothed, radiance restored.
The Miracle Broth™ in Crème de la Mer is suspended in an extraordinary formula. The secret to activating its renewing power and enjoying its profound benefits lies in a soothing ritual. Crème de la Mer must be warmed for a few seconds between the fingers until it becomes translucent, then pressed gently into the skin.

My Favorite Spa is Myoka

I spend most of my time in Malta.

I have been exploring the best Spas on the island and i must say the only one i love most is: 5 Senses Spa at the Hilton Resort Malta.

When you go to a spa it is not only about the treatments you get but also how you feel. The ambiance, decor, mood, people and so on.

Myoka Hilton is one of the best on the island.

I love getting 10 treatments voucher (with a 25% discount when paying for 10 sessions) and i like trying all types of massages. Due to my work in front of the computer, hot stone massage is the best for me at the moment.

This is what they say about the hot stone massage: An ancient Eastern form of massage that consists of black basalt lava stones being heated, placed and massaged onto the body for deep stimulation, ensuring a high level of relaxation and emotional balancing plus mental and physical energies.

Yes..please!

The most expensive Material in the World is: Antimatter.

Price: $62.5 Trillion per gram.

'Antimatter is real stuff, not just science fiction. Antimatter is firmly in the realm of science with some aspects even entering the technology realm. There is also a lot of speculation about what one might do with antimatter.

What is Antimatter?

Antimatter is matter with its electrical charge reversed. Anti-electrons, called "positrons," are like an electron but with a positive charge. Antiprotons are like protons with a negative charge. Positron, antiprotons and other antiparticles can be routinely created at particle accelerator labs, such as CERN in Europe, and can even be trapped and stored for days or weeks at a time. And just last year, they made antihydrogen for the first time. It didn’t last long, but they did it. Also, Antimatter is NOT antigravity. Although it has not been experimentally confirmed, existing theory predicts that antimatter behaves the same to gravity as does normal matter.

Technology is now being explored to make antimatter carrying cases, to consider using antimatter for medical purposes, and to consider how to make antimatter rockets.

The catch?

Right now it would cost about One-Hundred-Billion dollars to create one milligram of antimatter. One milligram is way beyond what is needed for research purposes, but that amount would be needed for large scale applications. To be commercially viable, this price would have to drop by about a factor of Ten-Thousand.'

The Meaning of Christmas

What is the real meaning of Christmas?

As kids (and not only), our favorite time of the year is Christmas. From the wish list to Santa to the excitement of seeing presents under the tree.

But the real meaning of Christmas as it is the meaning of any other Holiday Celebration is: people that love each other being together, enjoying time together, laughing, talking and doing things together.

We live in a very busy world, where we don't see people we love as much as we would like to.

That's why celebrations and Public Holidays are a very good reason to think about each other, be better people and sit all together.

Happy Holidays Everyone!

P.S What i wish for Christmas 2012 is: Samsung Galaxy Photo Camera and books.

A day at the Zoo

Everyone should go at least once in their lifetime to the Zoo. So this Christmas, we decided to go to the Zoo in Munster, Germany.

It is especially important to go when you have small kids. They will enjoy seeing all the beautiful things they have been seeing only in books.

My little one is not almost two years old. I think two is a good age to go to the Zoo. At this age they start speaking, pointing at different things, and they seem fascinated by everything that surrounds them.

It is good because you can see all different species from every corner of the world, which otherwise you will never get a chance to see them other than TV or magazine.

Some might say that animals and birds should be free, live in their own habitat and not being stressed by photo cameras and put on a show display.

But, from what i saw, animals are well taken care of, and the Zoo keepers try as much as possible to let them enjoy freedom and create a good living.

As Mahatma Gandhi once said:

“The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.”

When we fall down...it's hard to puzzle back up

When you feel down for whatever reason, when you have had your heart broken, when you got fired, when you got mistreated, when you got cheated, when you lost a loved one.......you fall down.

But how do we puzzle back up?

I say: suffer, take the pain, feel it, learn it, love it and time will heal you.

Some of my favorite quotes that might help you also:

“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
Rumi

“Only time can heal your broken heart. Just as only time can heal his broken arms and legs.”
Jim Henson
